Communications and Engagement Worker
The North Camden Zone project aims to back community-led change on three local estates. The project is a partnership of local organisations and community members committed to working together to make our neighbourhood a great place for everyone to live and to grow up in.
We are part of the Winch, an innovative and dynamic charity working with children young people, families and the wider community based in Camden.
We are looking for someone to strengthen our engagement with residents to support community-led change by leading on our communication. You should apply for this role if you:
- Are passionate about people leading the change in their communities
- Have a good eye for design of promotional materials
- Are a natural at using social media
- Are a strong writer
The Communication and Engagement Worker will maintain and develop the NCZ communication channels both online and in print; promote opportunities for people to get more involved in their community and share our learning on a locally, regionally and nationally. You will manage the contacts and the content databases for the North Camden Zone. You will support the measurement of the impact of project and help with the organisation of events.
Please note that this post will be subject to an enhanced DBS check and we will ask for proof of eligibility to work in the UK.
